A new artistic language of presence

MATERICISMO

In Matericismo, every work is a unique gesture, born from an inner urgency. Whether it is an architectural object, a painting, or a contemplative form, there is never a distance between the act and its meaning. Everything belongs to the same language: listening to the material, letting it reveal itself, and accompanying its birth. Contemplative works serve no purpose — and that is why they are worth everything. They are not touched, not used, not explained: they are felt. They exist to be inhabited by the gaze, by the skin, by the most silent part of the observer. They are presences. Embodied memories. Motionless witnesses of something that has happened. Architectural works, on the other hand, are born to inhabit space. But even here, there is no design — there is vision. Every table, console, or structure carries the strength of an idea that has taken shape. They do not furnish — they converse. They transform the space, elevate it, give it direction. They are emotional architectures, functional sculptures that preserve their living soul intact. Then there are the paintings. Material painting, often abstract, never decorative. Here too, every gesture is necessary. Every surface is crossed by an inner time. The color, the sand, the stone, the sign: everything layers like living skin, like land traversed by what cannot be said. In every form, in every work, Matericismo holds an urgency. There is no function, no style, no repetition. There is only a truth that has taken form.
